Great addition to a healthy breakfast
I really like this product. Its a great addition to my breakfast with abitty flavour. It does make my porridge look a bit like mud but tastes good!

Great wholesome protein boost
Love this hemp protein powder. Made up of only one ingredient and organic, itโs a no-fault powder. I added it to my yoghurt which consists of Greek yoghurt (sometimes cream cheese), vanilla bean paste, sample syrup and 2 tbs of hemp powder. I love knowing that Iโm getting my protein boost from a wholesome product rather than the protein yoghurts sold at the supermarkets. Add it to smoothies too – highly recommend !

Lovely Earthy Taste
Taste will depend person to person but I love the earthy gritty taste. Might be good for people who get pica cravings for things like mud, plaster etc.I usually just have it with water but I enjoy it with soy/coconut milk heated up. Contains good protein and nutrients ontop of that and only 1 ingredient in there so it’s pure. It digests well too.

Not too processed. Good protein content. Taste undetectable in smoothies.

Gritty in coffee
This is quite nutty but I tried adding it to lattes and coffees and although it tastes nice it doesn’t seem to mix well and leaves a gritty residue at the bottom of my cup. I will have to try some of the other recipes and see if I can find one that I like.

Hemp Protein Powder,
I’ve only just started using this but use it in a smoothie before the gym so time will tell. I cannot taste it once it’s mixed in, it doesn’t look very appetizing but a couple of glugs and it’s gone, I think it can only do more good than harm. Try it and see.
