These arenโt too bad. The taste is a little off for me, but because I have to take probiotics for being on antibiotics and I use other Goli products that are fantastic. Taste really good. Use them on a daily basis so I will continue taking these and ordering them.

Iโve heard that too much too soon can cause bloating and gas so I started taking 1 gummie in the AM only. Iโm upping it to a second one this week though.Am I regular? Or more regular? Maybe. I will say though that my poo now has Ann off odor that was NOT there before. Only thing new is the gummies.Other ms complained about one big blob in the bottle. Mine did stick but so far it was easy to take one off the blob.I will update more after more time.
