Love this spray. Been using it for a long time along with higher doses of Vitamin D because of chronic illness. I didn’t realise when started that you need the K2 to help keep D3 in the bones and out of the arteries but then started using this. Then read that you need the active bio form of K2 called Trans Isomer that lets your body use the full dose and not the Cic form. I asked on here and also emailed Betteryou to ask about their form. I have also now added Magnesium to my regime as well as Betteryou B12 spray and zinc spray. Hopefully all in all I will see some major improvements to my health going forward

Good product
Great product, it is a Must to take with vitamin D3.I use also Iron and complex B from the same brand.Taste is ok, and people get over it, its is a vitamin not a dessert! Don’t have to be delicious!And taste is not bad at all, so don’t get put off about the taste comments.

I feel noticeably better mentally while using this spray, which has really surprised me. I have more energy and my mood improved, neither of which I expected.

Easy to use
Spray is better than tablets as it can be applied anytime. I suffer from occasional reflux so taking a spray removes the problem.In addition I apply vit K to bruises to heal faster.I tend to write my own expiry date with a Sharpie pen as the product must be used within 6 months from opening. If used almost every day, it lasts me about 2-3 months. Shake it well and spray 3 times daily.I use it in combination with vit D spray and magnesium (pill) for healthy bones.

Bought this Vit K2 Spray to Take alongside my Adcal-D3
I wanted to buy the vitamin K2 to provide better absorbency with my prescribed Adcal-D3. This spray form is very palatable and very easy to use. I have also bought magnesium tablets on advice too, so hopefully this will help strengthen my bones from being post menopausal and having osteoporosis. Time will tell when I have my next Dexa scan.

despite the lid being tight the container leaked consistently, leaving a lot of dried residue of the product as evidence of the leaking. Waste of money, won’t buy again.
