I’m at drama school as a mature student and last term I was feeling INCREDIBLY burned out. I’ve suffered from severe burnout before from working a corporate job before – i felt like my brain was stuffed with cotton wool, I had terrible brain fog, I was constantly exhausted, spending every minute of free time sleeping and still waking up exhausted, and my mood was down the toilet. Back then I went to the doctor and tested rock bottom for vitamin b12, D, ferritin and folate. I felt pretty much the same when term ended: I couldn’t think clearly, I was randomly really struggling with some very basic lines, notes from directors which needed to be implemented instantly for screen was overwhelming (with stage I could at least write it down first and then take some time to process, but screen is redirection between takes, so you have to be really on it -so I decided to take some vitamins because as an actor you NEED your brain to work so you can remember lines – you can’t cruise through on autopilot or hold your brain together with post-it notes. I’m terrible with remembering to take pills but somehow these are much easier to remember to take.I take B12, D and Iron all by BetterYou. Individually the sprays taste nice, i just chuck them all down my neck at the same time and they still taste ok, even though mint (Vid D) and fruit is a little odd in terms of a combination.I’ve been taking them for a month and even though I’m still knackered and foggy all the time, it’s not AS bad as it was. I’m feeling maybe 15-20% better I wake up with a little more pep in my step, my weekends aren’t wasted being a slug in bed, my mood has definitely improved (although I think that’s also to do with having a 5 week break). Vitamin deficiences take time to build back up – 3-6 months so I think I’m on track to being a functional human again.

Good for people with stomach problems – if it doesn’t leak
I have been having some problems with my toe nails so was recommended to use B12 by my nail technician. I was happy to see this product for sale as I have gastritis and the fact that I would not have to take another tablet and that the B12 went straight into the blood stream greatly encouraged me to buy this product.However, have so far been disappointed. Followed the recommendation to spray on to the inside of the cheek, but it went all over the place and ended up swallowing most of it. Even went down the outside of the tube and hence on my clothes when removing it from my mouth. Thought that it would just penetrate the skin, but that did not appear to happen. When I came to use it this morning, the product is all over the inside of the box and appears to be leaking from somewhere. It seems to be leaking round the edge, between the metal container and the plastic top.This item is not cheap but because it seemed to tick all my boxes, I thought it was worth the extra cost. Maybe I just have a leaky one. Bearing in mind that it is leaking, it will work out twice as costly as it won’t last as long. Will I buy another, not sure in view of the above, but would like to think that this is a one off.I have continued to try to use this product since purchase but it is still leaking all over. Just wondering if I just have a faulty one or whether this is normal. I am considering contacting the supplier but it seems that others have not even had the courtesy of a response.

Iโve tried other B12 products and this by far is the best!! It works quickly and lasts!! I buy it all the time!! I have fibromyalgia and have a hard time getting started in the morning and this gets me going!! Love it!!
