This vegan Italian dressing is the perfect dressing for any salad! It’s packed full of flavor and fresh herbs, whips up quick and tastes absolutely divine!

This vegan Italian dressing is hands down our new favorite salad dressing! It is perfectly balanced with fresh ingredients and tastes absolutely delicious.

We used simple, fresh ingredients that really make the flavors of this salad dressing stand out. You get the richness from the olive oil, the ‘cheesy flavor’ from the nutritional yeast and Dijon mustard. While the vinegar, lemon juice and maple syrup create the perfect balance between sweet and tangy. Add in your fresh herbs and garlic and you have the perfect salad dressing!

Serve your vegan Italian dressing over a delicious fresh salad that can be enjoyed either as an appetizer or side dish.

    Fresh herbs vs Dried Herbs

We tested this recipe with both fresh and dried herbs, and the fresh herbs won by far! We found that the flavors of the dressing are elevated when using the fresh herbs.

However, you can substitute the fresh herbs with 1 teaspoon each of dried herbs if you do not have any fresh ones on hand.

    Storing Tips

Keep leftovers stored in an airtight container, like a mason jar, in the fridge where it will stay good for up to 5 days.

    It’s not ideal for freezing.
