Broke my plateau.
I’ve been on a plateau with my weight for some time now and started using BCAAs combined with intermittent fasting along side my exercise regimen. Those things combined have helped me break this plateau for the first time in a year, and the BCAAs are also really helpful to avoid Dom’s. So win win! Side note – they taste pretty horrific (NOT flavourless) but that is a small price to pay – flavour is easily concealed in a shake or with juice. I use water with lemon and just pinch my nose and chug. Good stuff.

Bought these when my gym ran out of our usual brand which is a higher end German make. Have to say these aminos are fab. They taste like petrol but the effect is great – they definitely minimise soreness/DOMS and boost recovery. They are also great value for money as the dosage is a fraction of what my other brand was so the bag is lasting ages. I’ve adjusted to the taste so will stick with them. For the record I’m a CrossFitter training around 8 to 10 hours per week.

PROS:Absolutely pure productAbsolutely best price I foundPure product also means NO additivesCONS:Because it’s Pure, beware of the following:Mixes Very poorly… It’s best if you can shake it 15 sec really hard, and drink it immediately – It’s NOT good for having in a protein shake and walking around with in the gym, because it will shortly just float to the surface. Reason for mixing poorly: Naturally a hydrophobic compound!Tastes pretty bad…If you add some flavoured whey or banana/berries it can easily cover the flavour of even 5+ grams imo.Conclusion:If you’re looking for something that tastes great and mixes superbly: Don’t buy.If you’re looking for the purest product – hence the best results – and the absolutely best value: Do buy!

As always Bulk powders dosnt disappoint, great quality product! Will buy again:)( the unflavored version has a quite strong taste that is not nice, but thats how real BCAAs are! I suggest adding own flavour or choose flavored version)
