I found the magnesium with shee butter excellent for pain and restless legs etc so I expect this magnesium joint to be good too

It helps with my knee pain. It takes time you have to use it twice a day to notice the difference

I ordered this product after researching into it’s potential benefits,also as I already use 2 of the vitamin sprays from this company which I have confidence in.Towards the end of the first bottle having worked up to twice daily using maximum sprays (as advised)I noticed I seemed to be walking faster due to less stiffness and discomfort in my joints and muscles.I will carry on using this spray as hoping for continued improvements.๐
