Last week saw the official launch of Esther Rum, a new Columbus-based rum brand!
Esther Rum is owned by Margaret Kerr-Jarrett and Emunah Winer, creative partners who own Nihilio creative branding agency, based locally.
Getting its name from the Biblical queen Esther, the new rum is additive-free and distilled from pure sugarcane in Colombia.
The launch was celebrated with a party at The Lion cocktail bar in Bexley.
That night the bar team created a specialized menu featuring the new rum.
I can attest that it makes a delicious daiquiri!
