While the potency of it may appear as normal just looking at ‘Mg’ as a metric.For enzymes that won’t be prudent, as the activation of its constituents is substantially high(bit complex metrics listed alongside like HUT)One may google it to understand better that there no such offering available with market leading brandsI take copious amount of whey protein to support weight training on Veg diet, thus it suits my requirements perfectly.Have grown fond of the quality of AN products having been regular with their pre-workout supplement(Non-stim)Summary: Hard to find anything better so go for it

Ridiculous container
The container was 3 times the size it needed to be. Tablets only came a third of the way up. It was the correct amount of tablets but what a waste of plastic.

This are more expensive though, so I won’t be buying any more in the future. I also prefer the ones that also have mint oil in them as that’s excellent for settling an upset stomach. No taste when taking. They didn’t cause me to burp either.

They seem to be helping me – Applied Nutrition digestive enzyme
I’ve been using enzymes for the past year or so to help me with digestive issues.Switched to this Applied Nutrition from my regular ones some weeks and they seem to be working as good as my usual ones.The fact they help with breaking carbs, lactose and digest protein is just what I need.And they work. Also, these ones need to be taken 1-2 per day when my other ones need to be taken with any meal.I prefer these ones.
