Micronised, But Not Fully-Dissolving
This is pure creatine monohydrate, no fillers or bulking agents. It’s flavourless, as-promised, and the pricing is generous for the number of servings you get in the hefty 500g package. So why only four stars?As with all creatine supplements I’ve tried – and I’ve worked my way through a fair few over the years – it doesn’t quite dissolve. If you’re taking it in a yoghurt drink, adding it to a shake or smoothie, or even mixing it into orange juice, you probably won’t notice. Mix it with water, though, and you can see it never quite dissolves – you’re left with a gritty mess in the bottom of the cup.It’s not a deal-breaker, and you can just swirl the last bit of liquid around to lift it off the bottom of the cup and chug it down, but I’m still on the hunt for a version that truly dissolves!

New nonsense daily supply of creatine.
This is a really no nonsense high quantity supply on creatine, unflavored just dissolve in some water use everyday.Most research says the creatine is useful whether your training or not and three grams is probably about the minimum dosage for effective supplementation, even if you use three grams here you’re still getting five months supply but if you opt to do more you still get a number of number of months supply which is awesome.Taste like creatine, easily dissolves, nice reseatable package.

It comes in a pouch and you can mix it with anything (I add it to my protein shakes) because it doesn’t have any flavouring added.Portioning is done with an included measuring scoop and the seal seems to be high quality so I have no issues with storage.

It’s creatine, no issues with the quality of it. Mixed fine. The current price at ยฃ14.99 is far too expensive though, 500g is easily found for ยฃ10 or less. Do not be fooled by any marketing gimmicks, creatine is creatine, just buy whatever one is cheapest from a reputable supplier.
