High Quality Guduchi Powder
This is a high quality powdered Guduchi (Tinospora Cordifolia) in capsules. I really like how Dr Wakde’s brand brings high quality Ayurvedic herbs with only a whole herb and no other additives or fillers.The capsules are suitable for vegetarians. You get 470mg per capsule and they recommend 2-4 capsules a day which makes each bottle last 15-30 capsules.The capsules are large but easy to swallow. If swallowing is a problem then you can also mix in hot water and drink but Guduchi will have a bitter flavour so the capsule works better. Overall a high quality supplement.

I like the fact that this is a vegan supplement and the quality of the ingredients. There is only two ingredients that powder and the vegetable capsule. There are 60 of the capsules and they say a serving size is one capsule providing 470 mg although you can take up to 4 capsules daily if you want. The capsules are typical size and I find them perfectly easy to swallow with a glass of water. They come in a glass container which can be easily recycled. This brand is new to me, but Iโm impressed with the quality and I am taking this along with various vitamins to support my immunity.
