Excellent Hydration and Energy Boost
These tablets dissolve quickly and taste great, making it easy to stay hydrated and energized. I love the variety of flavors, and they really help during workouts or busy days. Highly recommended for anyone needing a quick refresh.

An age to dissolve making then useless
Got the pack of 4 flavours and the peach ice tea flavour is really good. Only problem is, they take an age to dissolve, my usual tablets are 1-2 minutes, these can take 10-15 minutes and I still sometimes get some tablet in my mouth. With that in mind I will try others. They are sold for “Rapid Hydration”, well this maybe so once past the long wait of the dissolving tablet.Update: I just got back from exercising and 20 mins later when I thought the tablet had dissolved I took a drink and got a mouthful of tablet again, the instruction specifically state to make sure the tablet has dissolved before drinking but if it will not dissolve, What to do? So I decided to return them only to find then you can’t return these items!! You just get a referral to the manufacturer’s web site. I would avoid these at all costs

These did not compare tothe High 5 brand I buy, these don’t dissolve completely and there’s a strong salty aftertaste. Not for me unfortunately and won’t buy again.
