A good quality calcium and vit d supplement at a great price.I’m prescribed chewable calcium and vit d by my Dr for bone health. I just couldn’t cope with the taste and texture of them. My Dr reccomended these as an alternative from a trusted brand.Be sure to take these with some food with a little bit of fat content (it doesn’t have to be lots) as vitamin d needs fat to be absorbed.My bone scans have showed improvement between these and resistance training.It should be noted that these are half a daily dose, you’ll need 2 packs if you’re using these as a complete stand alone however most with a varied diet and no conditions like myself may be fine with one per day.

Have used this brand of calcium before but found it on a good deal on Amazon. It is recommended for women over the age of 35 to take a calcium and vitamin D supplement which is why im a repeat buyer. Time will tell if they work, but I do feel better taking them.

Unfortunately Not a Good Fit for Me
I recently tried this Calcium and Vitamin D supplement, and while I was hopeful, it didnโt work well for me personally. The quality seems fine overall, but after taking it for a few days, I started feeling a bit nauseous. Itโs possible that I might be sensitive or allergic to one of the ingredients โ Iโm not entirely sure.Because of that, I decided to stop using it and switch to another brand. I know everyoneโs body reacts differently, so it might work perfectly for others, but unfortunately, it just wasnโt the right match for me.Thank you, and I hope this helps someone else who might have similar sensitivities.
